The group participates in EDIT detector school at CERN Group members attend EDIT detector school at CERN

In March 2026 two AG Thoma group members visited CERN in Geneva for two weeks and participated in the EDIT detector school.

In March 2026 two AG Thoma group members visited CERN in Geneva for two weeks and participated in the EDIT (Excellence in Detector and Instrumentation Technologies) school. During this time they attended lectures on current and future detector technologies, met with CERN experts and participated in hands-on sessions, working with various detector technologies such as GEMs, hybrid pixel detectors and scintillators.
